Qualifications

  • Experience of working in an account reconciliation environment.
  • AAT qualification or experience of double-entry bookkeeping.
  • Advanced Excel skills, able to interpret and analyse data from spreadsheets.
  • Experience of dealing directly with the public and delivering high quality customer care.

Responsibilities

  • Take action to prevent arrears and recover debts.
  • Collect outstanding arrears through communication with residents.
  • Provide advice on rent arrears with Welfare Benefits Advisors.
  • Liaise with residents and their representatives concerning Income Management.
  • Establish sustainable repayment arrangements from residents.

Skills

Experience in account reconciliation
AAT qualification or experience in double-entry bookkeeping
Advanced Excel skills
