Qualifications

• Level 2 for Teaching Assistants or equivalent qualifications and experience.
• Recent experience working with Primary Pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties.
• Knowledge of child safeguarding policies.

Responsibilities

• Support classroom teachers/SENDCo in developing educational processes.
• Provide care and supervision to pupils, including those with special needs.
• Promote children’s welfare in a safe environment.

Skills

Teaching Assistant Level 2 or equivalent

Good literacy and numeracy skills

Experience with Primary Pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties

SEND experience
