A modern private healthcare facility in Sevenoaks is seeking a compassionate Imaging Assistant to join their team. This role involves supporting patients before, during, and after imaging procedures while assisting radiologists and maintaining accurate patient records. The ideal candidate should possess NVQ Level 2 or 3 and experience in a hospital or outpatient environment. A focus on high-quality patient care and effective communication skills are essential. Location: Sevenoaks Medical Centre, TN13 2JD
Contract: Permanent, Full Time – 40 hours per week
Salary: £25,600 per annum
Hours: Between Monday and Friday, shifts between 8:00am – 8:00pm

Role Overview
At Sevenoaks Medical Centre, part of KIMS Hospital, we are committed to delivering healthcare at its best. We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Imaging Assistant to support our Imaging team in delivering exceptional patient care in line with the KIMS vision and clinical strategy.
This is a rotational role, providing both clinical and administrative support across ultrasound, mammography, MRI, CT and cross-sectional imaging. You will play a vital role in ensuring patients feel supported, informed and cared for throughout their imaging journey, while maintaining the highest standards of safety, dignity and confidentiality.

Before your interview, take the time to research your potential new employer, finding out about their company values and what you might expect working there. Talk as clearly and confidently as you can and if you don’t understand a question, ask for clarification. When answering, focus on positive experiences and be prepared to go into detail about your previous positions and your future aspirations.
There will be opportunity for you to ask questions about the organisation and the role. Take this chance to ask about things that are important to you. Such as, what is expected of you in the first 6 months? Or, what training opportunities are there? Or, what has the interviewers experience of working for the company been like? It’s an excellent way of showing genuine interest.
It’s important to leave the interview on a positive note. If you haven’t already discussed it, you may want to ask when you can expect to hear about their final decision. When it is time to leave, smile and thank them for seeing you. Shake hands firmly and confidently, and if you have enjoyed discussing the job, tell them.
