In a nutshell, we are the UK's largest judicial services company and pioneers in clean air technology, offering services that support local and central government, utilities, and private sectors through the delivery of market leading integrated technology-enabled solutions from design and implementation to management and recovery.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Hypercare Auditor to join our Enforcement Auditing Department. This is a specialist role responsible for delivering in‑depth audits of Enforcement Agent activity, ensuring the highest standards of compliance, professionalism, and regulatory adherence.

You will play a critical role in safeguarding organisational standards by conducting detailed desk‑based audits and comprehensive reviews of body‑worn video (BWV) footage. Acting as a subject matter expert, you will provide authoritative insight, identify risks, and support continuous improvement across enforcement operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed desk‑based audits of Enforcement Agent cases to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, contractual obligations, and legislation.
  • Review and analyse body‑worn video footage to assess conduct, behaviour, decision‑making, and adherence to professional standards.
  • Identify, document, and escalate instances of non‑compliance, misconduct, or training needs in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • Produce high‑quality, evidence‑based audit reports with clear findings, risk assessments, and actionable recommendations.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to Enforcement Agents, managers, and operational teams on audit outcomes and compliance issues.
  • Analyse audit data to identify trends, emerging risks, and training needs, contributing to strategic compliance initiatives.
  • Support the investigation and resolution of complaints, disputes, and escalations through detailed audit evidence and analysis.
  • Maintain accurate audit records, ensuring strict compliance with data protection, confidentiality, and information governance requirements.
  • Prepare management information (MI) reports, including trend analysis and risk insights, to support operational oversight and strategic decision‑making.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Assist with complex investigations, regulatory reviews, and ad hoc audits as required.
  • Represent the audit function during internal and external inspections, reviews, and compliance checks.
  • Support the implementation and validation of corrective actions following compliance breaches.
  • Contribute to the development of audit methodologies, tools, and quality assurance frameworks.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of relevant legislation, regulatory changes, and industry best practice.
  • Participate in team meetings, workshops, and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You

You will be an experienced compliance or audit professional with strong analytical skills and the confidence to provide expert, objective judgments in a regulated environment.

Essential Experience & Skills
  • Proven experience conducting audits, compliance reviews, quality assurance checks, or investigations in a highly regulated setting.
  • Strong understanding of professional conduct, behavioural standards, legal frameworks, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience reviewing complex case files, reports, or recorded evidence and producing clear, evidence‑based conclusions.
  • Ability to interpret and consistently apply policies, procedures, and legislation.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Desirable Qualifications & Knowledge
  • Professional qualifications in audit, compliance, or investigations (e.g. CIA, CISA, ICA).
  • Knowledge of enforcement operations and relevant regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience reviewing body‑worn video footage.
  • Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies and quality assurance standards.
  • Strong IT skills, including audit systems and data analysis tools.
