• Strong communication skills are crucial for coordinating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to guide, motivate, and influence cross-functional teams.
• Collaboration skills in coordinating with diverse teams, including development and QA.
• Manage multiple tasks and ensure accuracy throughout the release process.
• Experience in identifying and mitigating risks associated with releases.
• Understanding of Agile practices is essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan the release of project deliverables, including management of tickets and dependencies.
• Oversee release changes through environments via controlled processes.
• Lead production checklist and deployment plans.
• Manage timely builds into test and live environments.
• Document and manage risks that may affect the release scope.
• Communicate progress and escalate issues to stakeholders.
• Track readiness for releases including communications and activities.
• Support post-deployment and run Post Implementation Reviews.
