A charitable organization for retired dogs is seeking an Individual Giving Manager to create and deliver a brand new fundraising strategy. Qualifications

• Experience of developing and evaluating acquisition or retention campaigns across various channels.
• A track record of delivering income growth.
• Demonstrable experience of donor development and stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Produce an overall individual giving strategy, annual plans, budgets, and KPIs.
• Create a sustainable programme to increase the supporter base.
• Plan and deliver engaging multi-channel fundraising campaigns.

Skills

Experience of working in individual giving/direct marketing

Ability to manage and monitor external suppliers

Experience of setting, managing and delivering against budgets

Understanding of legacy marketing

Strong understanding of supporter motivations
