Job summary

A leading energy consultancy based in Aberdeen is seeking a Production Operations Environmental Advisor to join its team on a contract basis. The role involves supporting the delivery of the environmental function across operations and includes responsibilities such as ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations, conducting offshore visits, and engaging with stakeholders. Candidates should have a degree in a related field, experience in the UK Oil & Gas industry, and strong communication skills. This hybrid position may require occasional offshore visits.

Qualifications

• Experience working in the HSE field within UK Oil & Gas operations.
• Development and implementation of Environmental Management Systems.
• Excellent knowledge of UKCS Offshore Environmental regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Manager ESG & ER and fellow Environmental Advisors.
• Conduct offshore platform compliance visits and coordinate regulatory inspections.
• Support operations to ensure compliance with environmental obligations.
