Job summary

A leading consultancy firm is seeking an Assistant Team Secretary to support the Building Surveying and Quantity Surveying teams in Sidcup. Responsibilities include preparing reports, managing appointments, and ensuring document control in line with QA BIM standards. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of administrative experience, good knowledge of construction, and excellent communication skills. This is a hybrid role with opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years' experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
  • Basic knowledge of the construction industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and produce minutes, reports, and letters.
  • Manage team meeting diaries and appraisals.
  • Ensure document control according to BIM standards.
  • Update case studies and issue to marketing.
