Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and managing large teams in a complex, fast‑paced project environment.
• Demonstrable track record managing high volumes of change with robust governance and control.
• Expertise in change management or project change control, including impact analysis and approvals.
• Advanced capability managing data and dashboards to support decision‑making and performance reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management across joint project teams and customer interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a multi‑disciplinary change team to manage a high volume of project change across Clyde programmes.
• Own change control governance—from initiation to impact assessment, approval, and implementation.
• Partner with project managers, engineers, and customer stakeholders to align baselines and keep decisions timely and transparent.
• Maintain and improve dashboards and data to track trends, risks, and performance.
• Continuously improve methods, standards, and ways of working across the PMO.
