• Competence in financial reconciliations and reports.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices end to end.
• Adhere to vendor payment procedures.
• Respond to accounts payable inquiries in a timely manner.
• Create vendor remittance advice notes.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Run related accounts payable reports.
• Reconcile supplier accounts and statements.
• Manage queries from customers and contracts.

Skills

Hands-on experience in Oracle NetSuite Accounts Payable module
