Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months in an accounts payable role from a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with finance systems; Oracle knowledge is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of Accounts Payable processes and controls.
• Proficient in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Reconciling invoices with booking sheets and resolving discrepancies.
• Managing supplier queries and invoices.
• Issuing and following up on debit notes.
• Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements.
• Actioning correspondence relating to overdue accounts.
