The Opportunity

We’re supporting a well-established, values‑led organisation with a strong reputation for quality and excellence, who are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join boshl UK leadership team.

This is a broad, hands‑on generalist role, leading both strategic HR initiatives and HR operations, while managing and developing a high‑performing HR and Talent team.

The role reports into a highly regarded HR Director and offers a positive, well‑embedded HR landscape, alongside the opportunity to challenge, improve, and shape how people strategy supports the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR and Talent professionals
  • Drive culture, values, engagement, performance management, and leadership development
  • Deliver HR strategy aligned to business objectives
  • Oversee UK HR operations, including payroll providers, HR systems (Workday), reporting, and metrics
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers on employee relations and people management
  • Lead HR projects, including reward, benefits alignment, and organisational change
  • Use job evaluation and salary benchmarking to support fair and competitive reward frameworks
  • Ensure HR best practice, compliance, and continuous improvement
