Dulwich Prep & Senior offers an exciting and inspiring work environment. With more than 800 pupils and 200 staff, it has been the largest boys’ prep school in the UK and is nestled in one of the most picturesque areas of London, the world’s most cosmopolitan city. Our recent expansion includes the opening of our Senior Section in September 2025, allowing boys to stay with us through the completion of their GCSE studies.

We are seeking a motivated and responsive team player to assist and provide administrative support to our Human Resources team across all stages of the employment lifecycle. The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, have a good understanding of the importance of confidentiality and the Data Protection Act 2018 GDPR, and will be able to demonstrate a strong level of computer literacy and attention to detail.
