Qualifications

  • Qualification or experience equivalent to NVQ level 4.
  • Experience supporting individuals facing domestic violence.
  • Experience working with multiple agencies.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clerical, administrative and data collection services.
  • Perform assessments and respond to referrals.
  • Collect and record information in the case management system.
