Job summary

A UK-based ventilation solutions provider is seeking a Health, Safety and Environment Manager to lead their zero-harm culture initiatives. The role requires strong technical knowledge and leadership capabilities to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement across health, safety, and environmental practices. Ideal candidates will have NEBOSH qualifications or comparable experience, as well as strong influencing skills and experience in a manufacturing environment. The position is full-time and fully onsite, offering a unique opportunity to shape safety standards in a growing organization.

Qualifications

  • Deep expertise in Health, Safety and Environmental leadership.
  • Strong experience creating risk assessments, safe systems of work, and method statements.
  • Experience managing ISO45001 and ISO14001 systems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, model and drive behavioural safety culture change across all areas of the business.
  • Ensure full compliance with HSE legislation, company standards, and safe systems of work.
  • Conduct thorough and timely investigations into incidents and non‑conformities.
  • Lead the development and delivery of the HSE strategy.
