• Oversee and develop the HRIS Analysts to ensure a proactive and knowledgeable team.

• Work closely with the Dayforce support team to triage and resolve issues, escalating to Dayforce as needed.

• Maintain and enhance system content, including letters, reports, and forms, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and user experience.

• Support the annual upload of data such as bank holidays, long‑service awards, and colleague communications.

• Design and deliver new reports and dashboards that provide clear and actionable insights for HR and business stakeholders.

• Collaborate with business leaders to identify reporting needs and ensure data supports decision‑making.

• Ensure statutory reporting requirements are met, and data governance is maintained.

• Work cross‑functionally with HR, Payroll, Recruitment, and wider People Services teams to align processes and optimise Dayforce use.

• Proven ability to extract, analyse and interpret complex data sets.

• Skilled in Excel, with knowledge of XML and Power BI an advantage.

• Demonstrated experience in leading and developing teams to become high‑performing, best‑in‑class professionals who deliver excellence and continuous improvement.

• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
