A leading healthcare organization in Stirling is seeking an HR Services Officer to provide advice on visa sponsorship and employee relations. You will manage HR cases and work collaboratively with the People Team. Requires experience in HR and CIPD Level 3 qualification. Qualifications

  • Experienced in providing employee relations advice.
  • Good knowledge of employee relation legislation.
  • IT literate with ability to analyse management information.

Responsibilities

  • Administer visa sponsorship processes for internal colleagues.
  • Respond to visa sponsorship queries promptly.
  • Support line managers with HR cases.
  • Provide HR Admin support for mergers and acquisitions.
