A global engineering firm in the UK is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to enhance employee engagement and support management across their sites. The role offers hybrid working arrangements and includes key responsibilities such as providing HR services and using analytics for decision-making. Ideal candidates will have relevant qualifications and extensive HR experience. The company offers a competitive salary and extensive benefits.

The purpose of the HR Business Partner is to partner with management and key stakeholders, supporting the business in achieving the Company strategy and business objectives, whilst driving employee engagement by developing the employee experience.
HR Business Partner role allows flexible working but does require being onsite 3 days a week across Beckington and Bristol sites.
The salary for this role is up to £50k, depending on experience.
