A respected educational institution is seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Administrator to support staff recruitment, onboarding, and administration across the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR administration, especially within education, and possess strong communication skills. Responsibilities include managing recruitment processes, maintaining HR records, and ensuring compliance with safeguarding. This full-time role offers a starting salary of £32,000 - £33,500 per annum.
