Qualifications

  • Experience working as an electrician in the housing sector is preferable.
  • A full UK Driving License is required (ideally no more than 6 points).

Responsibilities

  • Perform inspections, testing, certification, and remedial work.
  • Complete all electrical work to high standards in both void and occupied properties.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by tailoring approaches to community needs.

Skills

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification
City and Guilds Inspection and Testing (G&G: 2391)
BS: 7671 18th Edition or in progress
Fault-finding installations experience
Collaboration and problem-solving skills
Basic health and safety knowledge
