Job description
We are looking for a Housing Partnership Coordinator to help us strengthen our relationships with Support Providers and improve processes to deliver our mission to build homes, create communities, and transform lives.

To achieve this, you will lead projects to improve team efficiency, including researching best practice, identifying gaps, and developing clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). You will also provide essential administrative support to make sure actions are recorded and followed up.
