Qualifications

  • Driving licence is essential.

  • Strong track record in supporting income management and arrears recovery.

Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day management of a multi-site housing portfolio.
  • Ensure compliance with housing safety regulations.
  • Draft and manage tenancy agreements and renewals.
  • Manage breaches, abandoned tenancies, and unauthorised occupancy.
