A non-profit housing association in Rochford is seeking a Housing Officer to manage a team of Scheme Managers, ensuring high-quality housing services in compliance with regulations. Based at Rumsey House – Rochford, covering Rochford and surrounding areas
£34,531 - £36,348 per year
37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday – 8:30am to 5:00pm
We have an opportunity for a hardworking and committed Housing Officer, who has sound knowledge of the local area and Independent Living to join our team in the East and South East Region, working alongside 4 other Housing Officers. Managing a team of Scheme Managers, you will be responsible for providing a high‑quality housing management service that meets the identified needs of customers and the wider community.
This is a varied opportunity that will see you managing a range of situations and helping to build key relationships between Sanctuary Housing and our tenants. You will have excellent negotiating skills and a flexible approach to working, as you will be required to attend some evening meetings. You will also be expected to work in a professional manner to resolve problems and improve services.
