We are currently seeking a Receptionist to be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our esteemed guests at Cliveden House. • Possess experience as a hotel receptionist or in a similar front desk role, preferably within a luxury hospitality setting
• Welcome guests with genuine warmth and professionalism, creating a positive and lasting first impression
• Embrace a hands‑on approach in managing guest enquiries, arrivals and departures
• Demonstrate excellent organisational skills, multitasking efficiently to handle various reception operations
• Show a commitment to providing exceptional service, promptly addressing guest needs with courtesy and efficiency
• Display a keen interest in continuous improvement of reception procedures to enhance the overall guest experience
• Be proactive and quick‑thinking, contributing to the efficiency and hospitality of Cliveden House from the moment guests arrive
