You may already be operating as a Registered Manager, or you may be a highly credible Deputy who no longer wants to wait for the right door to open. You'll be comfortable with governance, confident in front of inspectors and steady when pressure builds. You'll know how to lead nurses and care teams with authority and empathy, keeping a home both compliant and human.
