As one of our Home Delivery Drivers, you’ll be a key ingredient that delivers everything our online customers shop at Sainsbury’s.

Eligibility
  • You must be over 18 and have held a full UK/EU driving licence for at least 12 months with no more than 6 points on it.
  • You will complete an online driving risk assessment as part of your interview and, if successful, a driving assessment when you join us.
  • You must have right‑to‑work eligibility in the UK.
What you’ll be doing
  • Drive a 3.5‑tonne van to deliver groceries to customers’ doorsteps on time and in good condition.
  • Complete checks to ensure the van is organised, clean, road‑worthy and delivery cases are secure before driving safely in a variety of locations and conditions.
  • Serve customers brilliantly, supporting with any questions, substitutions and keeping them aware of any delays.
  • Build knowledge about our products, services and promotions to provide recommendations.
  • When not delivering, help across the store as needed.
