Job summary

A dedicated primary school in Cranbrook is seeking a passionate HLTA to join their team on a fixed-term contract until August 31, 2026. This role involves leading morning interventions and providing class cover in the afternoons across key stages 1 and 2. Are you an outstanding HLTA looking for an exciting new challenge?

Here at Cranbrook, we are looking for an HLTA to join our fantastic team. The role is five days per week, 8:30am-3:15pm. This will be an exciting opportunity to lead interventions in the mornings and provide whole class cover in the afternoons, across key stages 1 and 2. Experience of supporting or teaching both KS1 and KS2 children is essential. You should be working at or towards professional standards for HLTA. This is a fixed term contract until 31st August 2026.
