A key player in train maintenance based in Crewe is seeking a Heavy Maintenance Delivery Manager to lead a safety-focused team and deliver exceptional customer service. This pivotal role involves managing maintenance projects, ensuring compliance with processes, and analyzing performance to drive improvements. Candidates should possess relevant engineering qualifications and experience in the rail industry. The position offers a permanent contract with a salary of £67,000 and various benefits including 25 days annual leave, pension, and health cover.

You will be responsible for managing an effective, high performing and safety focussed team, delivering excellent customer service, people and production management across all ATC HM Projects as well as building and maintaining strong customer relationships and demonstrating solid commercial acumen, and budget management capabilities. Ensuring consistent procedures in place and adhered to across all HM locations, delivering excellent audit results and customer satisfaction.
