Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Commission and service medical IT systems and control panels.
• Service third-party equipment and participate in call-out rota.
• Log all cases and call-outs when working out of hours.
• Deliver excellent customer service on-site with end customers.
• Complete job-specific risk assessments and method statements.
• Support the Industrial Team with technical commissioning as required.
• Provide remote service monitoring and data analysis.
• Deliver on-site training to customers on Bender-supplied equipment.
