A healthcare provider specializing in complex care is seeking a male Care Assistant to join their award-winning team in Bristol. This role involves supporting residents with complex neurological, mental health, and dementia care needs. Responsibilities include personal care and aiding daily living activities. Cornerstone Healthcare is looking for experienced and passionate and confident Care Assistant to join our award-winning team at The Burren. The Burren is a brand-new purpose-built service location South Bristol, providing high quality care & supporting residents with varying complex neurological, mental health & dementia care needs provided in a comfortable and safe living environment. Our approach focuses on individualised care, considering the whole persons unique strengths and challenges, rather than just the diagnosis.
Please note: Due to the specific needs of our male residents who require same-sex personal care, this position is open to male applicants only under the Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1 (Occupational Requirement)
Total hours per week: 38.5 (12 hour shifts)
Day or Night Shifts, Weekend work required
Supporting all aspects of daily living including personal care, mealtimes and social activities
