Join the Chippenham Adult Neighbourhood Team Community Healthcare Support Worker

We are unable to offer overseas sponsorship for this role.

The Chippenham Neighbourhood Team is seeking a Community Healthcare Support Worker to join our dedicated and friendly team providing care to people in their own homes and local community.

This role offers the opportunity to make a genuine difference by supporting individuals independence, wellbeing, and recovery. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will assist with a range of healthcare tasks under the guidance of registered professionals. We welcome applications from both experienced Band 3 Healthcare Support Workers and those who are new to community healthcare and keen to develop their skills through training and supervision.
