Our Health and Care Regulatory team provides advice and support to health,social care, education and housing organisations across the publicand independent sector. We are a team of 60 colleagues operating outof all four of our offices (Bristol, Birmingham, Leeds and London)on a flexible hybrid basis. We take pride in providing high-qualitysupport to our clients, which is clear, user-friendly and responsive.
The team's services include management ofcomplex litigation in the Court of Protection, human rights,inquests, mental health, safeguarding, patient safety, seriousincident response, complaints and disputes, HSE/CQC/policeinspection and enforcement, education law, children law, challengesto decision-making in in health and social care and commissioningand governance.
The role
We are seeking to recruit consultants, with experience in the work ofour Health and Care Regulatory team, to join our consultant team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with an excellent client baseand experience high quality work but with flexible hours to suit you.Our consultants are self-employed and work from home with officesupport. They undertake a mixed of work on a fixed fee and day ratebasis. This is a new way of working, for those who want to have theflexibility to choose when and how much work they do (depending onclient demand).
Please note that we would be happy to talk to any potentialcandidates coming from a more traditional role, who would beinterested in transitioning to a consultant role, and our existingconsultants would be happy to explain how the role works.
