• 12 Months recent paid Health Care Assistant experience completed at ward level within an NHS/HSC hospital setting.
• SSSC registered.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Updating patient records and observations.
• Providing support and encouragement to patients.
• Using hoists/slide sheets for manual handling.

Overview

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Health Care Assistants to join our healthcare team. You will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients, monitoring their condition and collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive patient care including personal care. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for patient care, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
