We currently have an exciting opportunity for a talented Health and Wellbeing Co-ordinator to join our established team at the Accommodation and Support Service in Glasgow. As we embark on the next stage of our journey delivering truly outstanding, highly personalised care and support services.
Our specialist team support the people we work for 24-7. Those living in our homeless accommodation often have complex needs, such as mental health, addiction and physical needs, and we focus on engagement and harm reduction.
