About You

We are looking for a Headteacher who will:

• place the wellbeing of children and staff at the heart of maintaining an inclusive and nurturing school
• be an excellent communicator, committed to fostering strong partnership between pupils, staff and parents/families
• lead by example in providing and accessing high quality professional learning and promoting a coaching culture
• work in tandem with a high skilled and motivated senior and middle leadership team and Governing Body to lead the school effectively
• inspire and motivate staff and pupils to achieve their full potential
• demonstrate a proven track record of robust financial management and have the courage to lead on difficult decisions in an extremely challenging financial climate
• make robust use of self‑evaluation findings, including data, to identify the most pertinent areas for improvement
• bring creativity and innovation to the future development and strategic direction of the school
• lead and manage change effectively, and support others through change
• continue to build strong collaborations with other schools to foster mutually beneficial relationships
