Headteacher - Nantyffyllon Primary School

Salary: ISR 15-21 £74,384 - £85,329 per annum

Nantyffyllon Primary School is situated in Maesteg, the school serves a wide catchment area and is a well-respected and popular local school with approximately 198 children on roll.

We are seeking a Headteacher with a clear vision to continue the drive for high standards in the school. You will provide leadership to the school to maintain its success and to ensure high quality education for all pupils and to continue to raise standards of achievement and wellbeing whilst preserving the strong ethos and inclusivity.

As an experienced Headteacher, Deputy Headteacher, school leader or education professional you will have management experience with proven leadership, organisational and interpersonal skills. You will be committed to work in partnership with pupils, staff, parents and governors, the Inclusion Service, external agencies and the local community to provide an environment in which staff and pupils are supported in achieving their full potential.
