Job Description
  • Managingboth the Accounts Receivable and Payable functions. (5 Direct reports).
  • The monitoring, maintaining and improvement of departmental KPIs, such as DSO, credit note analysisand invoices processed.
  • To build and forecast weekly, the next 13 weeks receipts and payments.
  • Review of monthly reconciliations.
  • Organization of the team's resources over busy periods.
  • Review of payment runs, and processing.
  • Reviewing and improving departmental processes
  • Lead weekly meetings with the teams,to review and uphold high standards.
  • Providingreports to the business, as to their overdue customer debt, and existing issues with payments.
  • Ensuring and planningthe rotation of knowledge and experience through-out the team.
  • Being a point of escalation for issues.
  • Prepare and analyse periodic AP balances and vendor spend reports.
  • Supporting key change initiatives and drive through continuous improvement.
  • Providing other ad-hoc reporting to line managers and stakeholders.
  • Act in accordance with the behaviours for UTAC staff at all times.
Qualifications
  • Previous transactional experience, and ready to step up and manage a team/function.
  • Examples of continuous improvements.
  • Knowledge of P2P and/or R2R processes and risks.
  • Experience of managing P2P and R2R.
