  • Manage internal channels: all-company updates, leadership communications, internal newsletters, intranet content, townhalls and cross-company announcements.
  • Reinforce Modulr’s strategy, mission and values through consistent, transparent messaging.

  • Demonstrable experience delivering high-impact media coverage and shaping corporate narratives.
  • Strong relationships with technology, business and finance journalists.
  • Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling abilities.
  • Experience supporting executives with both external engagements and internal communication needs.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and build trusted relationships across teams.
  • High levels of ownership, initiative and comfort in ambiguity.
  • A curious mindset and drive to explore how AI can make a real difference.

  • Bonus – annual discretionary bonus paid in May, based on company and individual performance.
  • Flexible benefits – £1000 to spend on benefits including private medical insurance, gym membership, dental, etc.
  • Wellbeing app – access to therapy, coaching, counselling and mindfulness sessions with company-funded hours.
  • Holidays – 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays) plus your birthday off.
