PROPOSED SALARY RANGE: £120,000-£135,000 depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.

This is a senior, strategic HR leadership position supporting our Technology & Product divisions. You will act as a trusted partner to Senior Leaders and C-suite stakeholders, bringing fresh thinking, strong commercial judgement and a deep understanding of how to build high-performing, future-ready teams.
You will lead a team of nine HR professionals and drive an agenda focused on culture, leadership, talent, organisational effectiveness and transformation. With a fast-paced environment and a complex matrix structure, this role requires someone who is proactive, adaptive and confident navigating large-scale change.
