We’re looking for a < 체크>Head of Digital Product to lead the strategy and delivery of our digital products across web and mobile apps, spanning the AA Driving School, AA Cars marketplace, and Vehicle Servicing. This is a senior leadership role for someone who enjoys building high‑performing teams, कॉलेज modern digital experiences and delivering meaningful customer and commercial outcomes.

What will I be doing?

• Setting and owning the digital product strategy across multiple customer‑facing platforms, aligned to user needs and business goals عالي
• Leading and inspiring cross‑functional digital product teams
• Overseeing the end‑to‑end lifecycle of digital products across web and app, from discovery through to delivery and optimisation
• Using insight, data and experimentation to continuously improve customer journeys and minera impact
• Partnering closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics and senior stakeholders to prioritise work and make informed trade‑offs
• Acting as a confident communicator and presenter, clearly articulating product vision, progress and outcomes at all levels جوړ organisation
• Championing agile ways of working and a culture of continuous learning and improvement

What do I need?

• Broad digital product experience, particularly across web and mobile app environments
• Proven experience leading and developing digital product teams, with a people‑first leadership style
• A strong technical understanding of modern digital platforms and architecture (you don’t need to be an engineer)
• Confidence working with and influencing senior stakeholders, supported by excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience balancing customer needs, commercial priorities and delivery constraints
• A collaborative mindset, with the ability to bring diverse teams together around shared outcomes
