This role is for you if:

You have a 5+ year history of driving massive revenue impact for D2C brands, turning raw data into strategic gold.
You have 2+ years experience with A/B testing tools and hypothesis development focused on website optimization.
You have knowledge of data engineering and marketing technology stack integration.
You see complex data not as a report, but as a story waiting to be told, and you're fluent in the languages (SQL, Python/R) to tell it.
You are a strategic problem-solver who can translate complex insights into clear, decisive action for C-suite leaders.
You are a proven leader, capable of building and mentoring a small, elite team of A-Players to execute a world-class vision.
