A prestigious college in Cambridge is seeking a College Boatman and Head Coach to support and develop rowing within its Boat Club. The successful candidate will provide high-quality coaching, maintain equipment, and ensure water safety compliance. Required qualifications include proven coaching experience, a Level 2 British Rowing coaching qualification, and a Valid First Aid Certificate.
