CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management.

We are recruiting an experienced Fabric Engineer to join the team located in Chester!

The Role
  • Perform preventative & reactive maintenance, diagnose faults, and implement effective repairs across all building services systems.
  • Repairs floor & wall coverings.
  • Responsible for other building maintenance & installation works as required.
  • Accountable forishda lighting, general lamp changes, filter changes for AHU’s / FCU’s and basic plumbing requirements.
  • Provide excellent customer service, respond to requests, and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
  • Oversee and liaise with contractors across site.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, inspections, and equipment logs.
  • Ensure adherence to health & safety regulations, conduct inspections, and maintain accurate records of compliance.

  • 8am – 5pm
  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime available!
Experience Required
  • Experience of working in a high‑profile work environment
  • Previous fabric experience advantageous
  • PC literate
  • Good customer relationship skills
