Introduction

We are currently seeking a dynamic, motivated, tenacious, and sales-focused individual in London to drive Guardian recruitment and fill our empty units in vacant properties around the South East.

Location: London & South East, 01 January

The role

The role involves organising and conducting viewings, administration/compliance, and general customer service. You will be responsible for the process from start to finish. Experience within Estate and Lettings Agents would be advantageous but not essential. Applicants should be smart, presentable, able to engage with people, sales-oriented, and used to working towards targets. This role is an alternative housing solution sales role, involving at least 3 days a week out of the office at various properties.

  • Demonstrable and dynamic sales skills
  • Experience working to and exceeding targets
  • Strong customer-service and people-centric ethos
  • Strong administration and organisational skills
  • Some sales experience within Lettings, Recruitment, Telesales, Customer Services, or face-to-face Sales in any industry
  • A clean UK Driver's Licence
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Dynamic, outgoing, and enthusiastic
