We have an exciting opportunity for a Growth Marketing Executive to join our dynamic Marketing Team, driving pipeline for our healthcare products.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about building scalable growth engines and thrives in fast-paced environments.

Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, you will be responsible for creating and optimising campaigns that generate qualified pipeline across multiple products. You’ll take ownership of execution, testing, and performance, while collaborating closely with Corporate Communications, Customer Communications, Product, and Design teams.

This is a hybrid role, giving you the flexibility to work from home while also connecting with the team in our Milton Keynes office 3 days per week.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Plan, launch, and optimise growth campaigns across paid search, paid social, organic, and targeted outreach.
  • Build and test landing pages, funnel journeys, and nurture sequences.
  • Write and test ad copy & growth-focused content (short-form, landing pages).
  • Own experimentation: A/B testing, audience refinement, messaging, and offer optimisation.
  • Manage attribution, UTM discipline, dashboards, and reporting cadence.
  • Drive SEO improvements through keyword strategy and conversion content.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and your divisional lead to align on ICPs and commercial goals.
  • Work with design and comms teams to support campaign assets and message consistency.
  • Document learnings, maintain a growth backlog, and scale what works.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualification, skills, knowledge, and attributes:

  • 2+ years experience in B2B performance/growth marketing (health/tech/SaaS ideal)
  • Proven experience driving pipeline through paid, organic, and funnel optimisation
  • Hands‑on experience with:
  • Google Ads / LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • GA4, GTM
  • HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Web/landing page builders (WordPress, Webflow or similar)
  • Strong copywriting and creative judgement
  • Bias to action and comfort shipping fast and learning fast
  • Confident analysing data and making commercial decisions
  • Curiosity, humility, and a builder mindset

  • Lower CPL / CAC and faster payback
  • Consistent improvements in conversion rates

Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, you will:

  • Build and scale growth engines across multiple healthcare product lines
