Overview

WE ARE HIRING A GROUP TREASURY MANAGER. At TLC Worldwide, we help the world’s biggest brands drive customer acquisition, loyalty and engagement with emotionally engaging, experience-led rewards. We’re seeking a Group Treasury Manager to lead the Group’s treasury function, providing structure, visibility, and innovation in cash management, risk, and banking relationships across markets.

This is a pivotal global role, responsible for shaping and safeguarding treasury operations, from implementing a Treasury Management System to strengthening banking partnerships. Your impact will be felt across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Treasury Management System (TMS): Lead the full implementation—from selection to roll-out and ongoing evolution; ensure integration with finance systems, deliver automation, visibility and control.
  • Global Banking Relationships: Build and manage strategic relationships with banking partners across jurisdictions; negotiate terms, streamline account structures, and oversee access controls.
  • Treasury & Hedging Policies: Develop and embed best-in-class treasury policies; design and execute FX hedging strategies to manage currency risk.
  • Cash Management & Forecasting: Lead cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning; drive efficient use of cash through pooling and intercompany funding structures.
  • Working Capital Optimisation: Partner with internal teams to improve working capital performance and cash conversion.
  • Transfer Pricing Support: Support intercompany funding flows in line with transfer pricing policies; collaborate with Group Tax and Finance for compliance and efficiency.
  • Risk Management & Insurance: Identify and manage treasury-related risks; oversee insurance strategy and renewals.
  • Lender Relations & Covenant Management: Maintain relationships with external lenders; monitor covenant compliance and debt reporting.
What We’re Looking For
  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • A professional qualification (ACT, CTP, CFA, ACA) is highly desirable.
  • Extensive experience in treasury roles, ideally within a multinational or group-level environment.
  • Proven success in implementing and managing a Treasury Management System.
  • Strong understanding of cash forecasting, FX hedging, intercompany funding, and liquidity management.
  • Experience managing global banking relationships and complex debt facilities.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • High attention to detail, analytical strength, and commercial awareness.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and finance technology infrastructure.
