A bit about us

We’re Hyve - organiser of the world’s fastest-growing and most forward-thinking B2B events.

As the chosen event partner to many of the world’s leading companies, our platforms play a critical role in their strategies - helping them enter new markets, accelerate growth and connect with the people who matter most.

Our portfolio includes some of the world’s best events, leading the way in sectors like ecommerce, healthcare, edtech and fintech, to name a few. We’re growing fast, driven by an innovative and entrepreneurial culture that empowers people to think big and move quickly - and by an ambitious acquisition strategy that’s bringing new, exciting events into the Hyve portfolio at pace.

Alongside our market-leading events, we’re developing a new generation of tech and data-enabled products that supercharge connections and value for our customers - from our industry-defining one-to-one meeting programmes and curated table talks, to our emerging tech user labs and other year-round platforms designed to deepen engagement and growth.

Whatever your role at Hyve, you’ll be part of a global team shaping the future of how industries connect, collaborate and grow - working alongside some of the most talented people in the business.

Think that sounds good? Wait until our talent acquisition team tells you about the culture.

A bit about you

You’re a creative and confident communicator who loves bringing stories to life. With a natural flair for writing and a keen eye for design, you know how to engage and inspire different audiences — whether through an inspiring internal campaign, a scroll-stopping video, or a standout external story.

If you have at least two years’ experience in corporate communications (or a related field such as marketing, event management, or journalism), and are looking to take the next step in your career, we would like to hear from you.

A bit about the role

As a business partner to teams across Hyve — including HR, Finance, Tech, and Procurement — you’ll collaborate with colleagues to plan, create, and deliver communications that inform, inspire, and connect our people. You’ll work on and lead a variety of projects across both internal and external communications, helping teams communicate clearly, creatively, and with impact. Some of the channels you might be using to tell stories and engage stakeholders across include our social intranet (The Buzz), LinkedIn, our digital office billboards, email and internal events.

You’ll bring ambitious ideas, strong initiative, and the confidence to work with senior leaders and colleagues globally. Reporting to the Senior Group Communications Manager, you’ll play an important role in bringing Hyve’s story to life across all channels and supporting our growth ambitions.

As part of your job, you’ll be:

Storytelling and content

  • Contributing to and helping manage our content calendar across internal and external channels
  • Collaborating with event teams to identify and share stories — across both internal and external platforms — that highlight Hyve’s purpose and performance, showcasing how our events and products deliver game-changing opportunities and measurable value for our customers.
  • Planning and producing engaging, multi-channel content that celebrates our people, culture, and business achievements while supporting our brand and growth narrative.
  • Writing scripts and developing video briefs with our video team — bringing stories to life through authentic and engaging storytelling.
  • Exploring and leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT to enhance content creation, ideation, and efficiency

Internal Communications

  • Partnering with internal teams (HR, Finance, Tech, Procurement, and others) to support and lead communications projects that bring their strategies and initiatives to life.
  • Partnering with HR and our Employee Resource Groups to bring our culture to life — from L&D (learning and development) and wellbeing to DEIB (diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging) stories that celebrate our people.
  • Managing our internal communication platforms — quickly becoming an expert in using Poppulo and Workvivo, our social intranet, to create, schedule, and analyse engaging content that keeps colleagues informed and connected.
  • Designing and updating content graphics on Canva for our office digital screens, ensuring we’re sharing up-to-date and engaging visual communications each week.
  • Assisting with planning and hosting internal events, such as Town Halls, internal talks, ERG events, and other activations that promote transparency, connection, and engagement.

External Communications

  • Promoting and strengthening Hyve’s employer brand by developing engaging content for social media, press releases, and the company website.
  • Managing Hyve’s social media channels, ensuring our external presence reflects our brand, culture, and growth story.
  • Partnering with senior leaders to support their social media presence to help build Hyve’s reputation.

Here’s what we’re looking for from you:

  • A strong communicator – clear, articulate, and able to adapt your style to suit different audiences and occasions.
  • A skilled writer – someone who writes with flair, personality, and accuracy across a range of formats.
  • An eye for detail – confident designing graphics, reviewing creative work, and giving constructive feedback on visual and video content.
  • A natural multitasker – comfortable managing several projects at once, prioritising effectively, and delivering high-quality work on time.
  • Curious and open-minded – you’re eager to try new things, explore innovative tools (including AI), and find smarter, more creative ways to tell stories.
  • Collaborative and positive – you build great relationships, bring enthusiasm, and help make Hyve a great place to work.
