Group Charter Sales Consultant

Victor is disrupting the private jet charter sector with an on-demand global marketplace to make aircraft charter more transparent, easier, and greener than ever before. Role Overview

As part of our dynamic and fast-growing Group Charter department, this individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences after booking confirmation. This individual will work closely on major charter projects, from large international sporting events to co-ordinating international music tours. Key Responsibilities
  • Create and issue detailed flight itineraries prior to departure.
  • Organise catering in line with each client’s customised requirements.
  • Manage and submit passenger manifest documentation accurately and on time.
  • Arrange bespoke branded items for the aircraft to enhance the onboard experience.
  • Arrange and coordinate ground transportation to and from airports, where required.
  • Provide flight representation at the airport or onboard to ensure seamless service execution.
  • Proactively and diligently manage all client communications and queries after booking confirmation.
  • Deliver an industry-leading flight management service for Victor’s Group Charter and Touring clientele.

Otis – London Territory Sales Role

Otis is growing and we are recruiting to cover London Territory! The main goal is growing the renovation/modernization business and securing a second service life for customer and Otis.

Typical day responsibilities
  • Engage in conversation with customer to create awareness and need for renovation.
  • Present the right OTIS solutions to customer and identify customer specific solutions.
  • Create configuration pricing and quotes for standard Otis product in the full and partial range of renovation products.
  • Close deals independently.
  • Manage both the lower funnel as well as the upper funnel pipeline through CRM and E Log.
  • Plan and forecast orders on annual, quarterly and monthly base.
  • Collaborate with sales support and delivery team.
  • Work in cross functional teams for complex bids/RFQs.
  • Be a role model and demonstrate commitment to The Absolutes in all daily work, decisions and in the environment created for your team.
  • Focus on targeting growth from both on and off portfolio customers.

  • Inspire and consult customers on luxury villa holidays worldwide, building relationships with repeat and new clients.
  • Sell a wide range of global travel experiences, ensuring every customer receives outstanding, personalised service.
  • Play an integral part in financial processes, managing accounts payable and receivable.
  • Monitor, track and process invoices & supplier payments, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution.
  • Assist in general administrative and accounting functions, contributing to smooth and efficient operations.
Ideal Location & Experience

Ideal applicants will be based in or easily commutable to Twickenham, Kew, Isleworth, Richmond, Kingston, Brentford, Chiswick, Roehampton, Teddington and surrounding areas.

To be considered, you MUST have previous experience within the travel industry.
