We are seeking a creative and proactive individual who is responsible for producing visually appealing and effective designs for a variety of internal and external projects, including marketing materials, product graphics, and promotional materials who is available to start as soon as possible.

In this role, you will play a key part as a single point of contact for our outstanding marketing team and contribute to successfully driving innovative ideas forward.

The position is based at our wonderful redesigned office in the center of London – City – hybrid work is a given.

Your responsibilities

• Design and produce display materials (brochures, whitepapers, exhibition booths, merchandise)
• Design Office Templates (PowerPoint, Word) and roll them out to the organization
• Design icons, graphics, and social media templates
• Create and manage an asset library
• Create illustrations and animations
• Basic video editing
• Work within defined Brand Guidelines

What we are looking for

• 1+ years experience as a Graphic Designer
• Expert in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word)
• Ability to visualize technical concepts in creative ways
• Very good understanding of the business, products, services, and target groups
• Excellent understanding of branding
• Knowledge of branding trends and possibilities
• Budget keeping for visual projects
• Ability to communicate professionally in written manner
• Present options in accordance to deadlines
• Works well as a part of a team
• Ability to work independently but communicate expectations, delays and progress
