Role Purpose

The Graduate Resourcing Partner will support the effective allocation, scheduling, and deployment of people across the organisation, ensuring the right skills are in the right place at the right time.

This role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to build a career within the People function, with a strong interest in workforce planning, operational resourcing, and people analytics.

You’ll be part of a supportive Resourcing Team and we are ready to welcome you into the company and help train you up!

What you will be doing
  • Maintain up-to-date resourcing plans and schedules;
  • Support short, medium, and longer-term workforce planning activities;
  • Respond to changes in business demand, absence, or availability by reallocating resources as required.
  • Skills & Workforce Data Management;
  • Support the development and use of skills-based resource planning tools;
  • Track capacity, utilisation, and deployment data;
  • In time, be able to Identify gaps, risks, or development opportunities within the workforce.
  • Support the Resourcing team with workforce-related insights and reporting;
  • Contribute to improvements in resource planning processes and systems;
  • Ensure fair, transparent, and inclusive resourcing decisions.

Coordinate the allocation of people to work on projects based on:

  • Skills and competency profiles using Industry leading Technology
  • Availability and capacity
  • Business or operational priorities
Who you will work with

You will sit in a central team of Resource Managers; You will work closely with Project managers and Technology team leads to understand resourcing requirements; You will collaborate with Operational leaders and People Team colleagues, and you will work directly with our Rokie workforce!

Recent graduate with a degree in:
